I find a conversations challenging in some situations. Hosting this podcast has helped, but I still struggle sometimes.

It’s all about permissions and controls. There is an art to setting boundaries for a conversation to ensure it goes in the direction you would like.

There’s no evil plot here to manipulate people. It’s just good management
You make somebody do something they fundamentally don’t want to do. What we can do though, is to move people out of that giant gray area of maybe, that huge part of indecision that is standing in most people’s way of being able to find clarity, and move them towards some form of success, which is a decision.
